How do we calculate the hydration rates for different drinks
When calculating the hydration rates for different drinks, we take into account two parameters. The first is the
water content of the drink. The second is the properties of the beverage ingredients and
their effect on the fluid balance in the body (for example, the property of caffeine in certain doses to
remove water from the body). We get these data from the latest scientific research. Below you can see the studies
